Sugar and spice and everything nice, that's what girls are made of. . . girls & really really great pastry!

Sugar & Spice is comprised of some pretty complex and interesting women (and one man) who make simply the best food. 

Ina (aka Baba) is the mom, she makes soup, lunch and dispenses advise on how to properly dress your children for cold weather. Irina, the daughter, is 35 has two cute kids who are frequently at the bakery. She dispenses advise on food but never on attire. Virginia, is the goddess of pastry. Kids & dogs love her because of her winning personality (or it could be that she smells like cookies.) Katy is a customer's best friend because of her southern charm and knowledge of all things sweet.  Our Emily is a marvel with fondant and cookies.  She has an artistic flair and wonderful laugh.  And then there is Alex (a.k.a Chef Al) he is a cool and fun guy who is totally serious about food and oh yeah don't EVER touch his knife!
